Administration:
1. Sourcing and managing diagnostics labs licenses and compliances, managing renewal and amendments. Travelling to assigned locations for meeting licensing authorities for approvals.
2. Will be managing all admin related activities including Housekeeping & Security, Billing & Payments, Vendor Management, Data & MIS, Cafeteria & Food, Travel & Transport, Warehouse, Assets recordkeeping, shifting & disposal, Repair & Maintenance, AMC-CMC.
3. Regular Coordination with lab heads, lab staff, accountants and sales team for various admin and compliance activities.
4. Assisting project and real estate team and managing new site identification, coordination with landlords, lease registration, interior fit-out etc.
5. Regular travel to assigned locations for various admin, projects, real estate and compliances activities.
