Drive implementation of improvement programs and culture change to consistently achieve best in class service to our customers Measure the gaps and bring in process efficiencies to achieve consistent and sustainable results across the business Drive Industry 4.0 initiatives and lead on-going communication on new technologies/ processes/ practices Emphasize alignment with Business scorecard and generate accountabilities across all segments of stakeholders: Customers - -Investors - Board Employees Be a pillar of support to the Business Leaders to manage all mission critical projects individual contributors
