Manager- Warehouse For Pharma Formulation Plant-EU& Australia Approved

Key Responsibilities

1. SOP & Compliance Management

• Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to the Warehouse are updated, valid, and implemented at all times.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records for all warehouse activities in compliance with cGMP and GDP norms.
• Oversee audit readiness and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

2. Training & Team Development

• Plan, schedule, and deliver regular training sessions for warehouse staff and support staff to enhance skills and maintain compliance standards.
• Build, motivate, and guide the team to achieve departmental objectives and maintain high performance levels.

3. Warehouse Operations Planning

• Strategically plan daily, monthly, and annual warehouse activities to meet production and dispatch requirements.
• Review yearly calibration and preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate with the Engineering department for timely execution.

4. Inventory & Stock Control

• Maintain approved stock levels of Raw Materials, Packing Materials, and Finished Goods to meet production demands without overstocking.
• Verify Raw & Packing Material indents before forwarding them to the Purchase department for procurement.
• Prepare and submit monthly stock reports to senior management.
• Ensure timely identification, segregation, and intimation of retest/expired materials to concerned departments.

5. Material Handling & Dispatch Management

• Oversee the inspection of all consignments prior to Goods Receipt Note (GRN) preparation.
• Ensure proper handling and dispatch of Finished Goods for both domestic and export deliveries.
• Prepare Finished Goods Packing Lists against customer work orders and arrange transport logistics in coordination with the Marketing and Logistics departments.

6. Regulatory & Audit Compliance

• Ensure FDA No Objection Certificates (NOCs) and other regulatory documents are maintained properly.
• Participate in the investigation of market complaints, deviations, or incident reports, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Guarantee adherence to cGMP and GDP practices across all warehouse operations.

7. Manpower Management

• Allocate and utilize manpower effectively to achieve operational efficiency while adhering to safety and compliance standards.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to improve productivity.

8. Cross-Functional Coordination

Liaise with Production, PPIC, Purchase, Marketing, Logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth material flow and timely delivery of raw, packing, and finished goods

9. Emergency & Special Tasks

Handle any additional assignments or urgent tasks as instructed by senior management. management.

Knowledge Required

• In-depth knowledge of GMP/GDP and pharmaceutical warehouse operations
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interdepartmental coordination skills.
• Proficiency in ERP and inventory management software.
• 1012 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 3 to 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in the pharmaceutical
