Roles & Responsibilities:

• Executing all Day-to-Day Stores Functions as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
• Maintain all store reports in Manual / SAP and review of Stores DWM on daily basis
• Preparation of daily/monthly MIS in coordination with third party logistics provider
• Responding to internal customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
• Motivating the Stores team to meet daily targets by training and mentoring staff
• Responsible for managing/maintaining the assets of the store in good condition
• Close coordination with MRP/Subcontracting team for timely issue of raw components to be processed from outside vendors and outbound logistics
• Inventory control Maintaining overall inventory as per SAP stock (no stock mismatch), identification of non-moving inventory and take disposal actions
• Coordinate with purchase and Finance department for timely GRN and invoice submission
• Submit MIS Reports to various stake holders within stipulated time
• Maintain overall 5S/FIFO/Shelf life in stores
