Management of Consumables and Packaging Materials, Posting as per Actual Consumption

Reconciliation of Returnable Goods Packaging (RGP) / Non-Returnable Goods Packaging

Handling of Supplier Rejected Materials

Implementation of Controls for Hazardous Material Disposal

Manpower Management:

Team Handling Experience

Allocation of Shifts for Subordinates

Training and Upgradation of Manpower

Employee Engagement Initiatives

Improvements & Employee Involvement:

Implementation of 5S, Kaizen, TQM, DWM (Daily Work Management), Safety, and FIFO Practices
