Manager - Visual Merchandiser

As the Retail Strategy and Operations Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Mainline and ES Channels. Your responsibilities will include: - Spearheading the Retail Strategy and Operations for the Mainline and ES Channels. - Liaising with the marketing and branding team to develop the monthly/quarterly VM/Communication plan. - Developing promotional strategies to increase revenue and grow customer base. - Managing the budget for each retail location, including cost associated with in-store advertising, supplies, etc. - Regularly inspecting and maintaining VM elements, ensuring a fresh and appealing appearance at all times. - Developing the metrics and KPIs to monitor and review the performance of the staff members. - Performing competitor analysis, tracking market share, and identifying broader industry trends to generate actionable insights. - Planning and executing store layouts, ensuring an optimal flow of traffic and strategically placing products for maximum visibility and sales impact. - Ensuring that all visual elements align with the brand guidelines and enhance the overall customer experience at Branded Retail, Modern trade, and General trade stores. - Conducting regular quality checks on images to ensure resolution, clarity, and adherence to brand standards. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - Masters degree in Retail Strategy and Operations. - Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail environment. - Proven experience in image management, graphic design, or a similar role. - Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.,
