You will be responsible for spearheading the Retail Strategy and Operations for the Mainline and ES Channels. This includes liaising with the marketing and branding team to develop the monthly/quarterly VM/Communication plan. You will be tasked with developing promotional strategies to increase revenue and grow the customer base while managing the budget for each retail location, including costs associated with in-store advertising and supplies. Regularly inspecting and maintaining VM elements to ensure a fresh and appealing appearance at all times will also be part of your role. As the Retail Strategy and Operations lead, you will develop metrics and KPIs to monitor and review the performance of staff members. Conducting competitor analysis, tracking market share, and identifying broader industry trends to generate actionable insights will be essential. Additionally, you will plan and execute store layouts to ensure an optimal flow of traffic and strategically place products for maximum visibility and sales impact. Ensuring that all visual elements align with the brand guidelines and enhance the overall customer experience at Branded Retail, Modern trade, and General trade stores is critical. In terms of job requirements and skillset, you should hold a Masters degree in Retail Strategy and Operations. Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail environment, as well as in image management, graphic design, or a similar role is necessary. Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment will also be key to success in this role.,
