Manager veeva vault configuration

As a Veeva Vault Safety Configuration Analyst at our organization, you will be instrumental in developing innovative health solutions by leveraging your expertise on the Veeva Vault platform. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, configuring and maintaining Veeva Vault Safety applications, and ensuring seamless system integration. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Requirements Gathering** - Collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to gather and document product requirements. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure a clear understanding of business needs. - **Product Development Support** - Provide analytical support during the product development lifecycle. - Help prioritize product features based on user needs and technical feasibility. - **Configuration Management** - Configure and maintain Veeva Vault Safety application settings. - Ensure configurations comply with regulatory requirements and internal SOPs. - **System Integration** - Manage Veeva Vault Connector settings for seamless integration with other vaults. - **Documentation and Reporting** - Create and maintain thorough documentation related to configurations and system changes. - **System Upgrades and Enhancements** - Monitor and evaluate system upgrades and new features. - Lead testing efforts for new functionalities. - **Stakeholder Communication** - Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. - Present findings and recommendations for data-driven decision-making. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 2-3 years of experience in a config specialist role, preferably in tech or healthcare industry. - Basic to Intermediate level expertise in Veeva Vault Platform configuration. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA, Confluence. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality configurations. - Quick learning ability for modern technologies and evolving project requirements. - Experience in Vault Safety config is an added advantage.
