Role Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Team Manager with a strong background in International Sales to lead our US Logistics team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proven sales record, and experience managing a target-driven team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Sales Associates to achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Drive client acquisition through outbound calls and business development activities.
• Support the team in negotiating freight rates with shippers and carriers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with US-based clients.
• Monitor daily performance and ensure team productivity and goal achievement.
• Handle escalations and assist the team in closing deals effectively.

Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in International Sales (US process preferred).
• Background in BPO / KPO / Logistics / Freight Brokerage is preferred.
• Prior experience in team handling or sales leadership is required.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales drive and ability to work in a target-based environment.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US hours.
