Travel & Immigration

Key Responsibilities :

Travel Management

The successful candidate will manage the full scope of global and onsite business travel:

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to fulfill all organizational travel requirements.
  • Manage global travel within approved budgets and prepare periodic travel budget reports and spend analysis for management.
  • Negotiate preferred rates with travel vendors and service providers.
  • Plan and book all travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and visitor accommodations.
  • Oversee and process all travel-related documentation, including itineraries, visas, medical, and legal forms.
  • Provide 24/7 support for any travel-related issues or emergencies.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive corporate travel policies.

Immigration Management

This role involves managing complex, end-to-end corporate immigration processes:

  • Manage the processing of

    business visas, employment-based visas

    (e.g., H-1B, L-1, Skilled Worker Visa), and work permits across multiple countries.
  • Coordinate renewals and extensions for existing employees.
  • Ensure rigorous compliance with local and international immigration laws and corporate policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of immigration documents and case statuses.
  • Advise employees on immigration requirements, timelines, and documentation.
  • Liaise with external legal counsel and government agencies.
  • Conduct training for HR and managers on immigration policies and processes.
  • Stay updated on global immigration law changes and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Global Mobility teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Qualifications & Skills

Required Qualifications

  • Education:

    Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience:

    5–10 years

    of corporate immigration and global travel management experience.
  • Immigration Knowledge:

    Strong knowledge of immigration laws and compliance requirements.
  • Global Program Experience:

    Proven experience managing global immigration programs across multiple regions, including

    US, Canada, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM

    .
  • Vendor Management:

    Prior experience working with third-party immigration vendors.

  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively under pressure.
