Were hiring for the position of Transition Manager in AI/ML Services, focusing on Trust & Safety, Computer Vision, and Generative AI. This role is based in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, and offers on-site work with some flexibility.

About the role:

You will own the early lifecycle of new AI/ML projects, shaping solutions, running proofs of concept (POCs), responding to requests for proposals (RFPs), establishing processes and teams, and managing the project for approximately 3045 days before transitioning it to Operations with a clean, documented handover.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Engaging with clients to scope opportunities and define success metrics
• Leading POCs/pilots and contributing to RFPs/proposals with feasible delivery plans
• Designing standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and quality assurance frameworks (accuracy, first-time resolution, service level agreements, average handling time, productivity)
• Standing up teams through hiring and training, and building governance dashboards and reports
• Running the project through stabilization and executing a structured handover to Operations

Competencies Required:

• 6 to 10 years of experience in Transitions, Program, or Project Management within IT, ITES, BPO, KPO, or AI-Data sectors
• Hands-on experience with Trust & Safety, Computer Vision, or Generative AI workflows
• Strong knowledge of SOPs, SLAs, risk mitigation, and quality metrics
• Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence, and Trello
• Excellent client communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and an ownership mindset
