Role & responsibilities:

Lead
end-to-end transfer pricing projects
including documentation, benchmarking, planning, audit defense, and APAs.
Apply
economic and financial analysis
to deliver tailored, high-impact client solutions.
Ensure
quality and timeliness of deliverables
while managing team performance and client expectations.
Drive business
development and support client
relationship management.
Collaborate
across service lines to deliver integrated solutions.
Mentor and guide junior team members
; contribute to recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
Uphold compliance
with internal protocols and professional ethics.

Preferred candidate profile:

Qualified CA
With having
Minimum 5 years of Experience
in India and Global Transfer Pricing consulting experience.
Strong client-facing
and communication skills.
Proven consulting background.
