Manager - Training

Role Overview: As a Training Manager, your primary responsibility is to impart training to Banca/Axis sellers and Max Life Employees based on the defined and agreed Man Days. You will provide the right training inputs and sales support to Banca/Axis & Max Life sellers, dedicating 2 days towards training Max Life employees. Your role includes conducting online certification through Inquizzitive for sellers on the trained module once a quarter. Additionally, you will organize refresher training before certification and follow up with failed candidates. Key Responsibilities: - Create a robust Training team within the circle by skilling identified/successful salespeople to manage the training needs of their clusters/branches effectively. - Drive traffic to the E-Learning platform/Microsite to leverage technology for maximum reach. - Ensure that the quality measures of business in the Circle and mapped branches exceed standards. - Maintain SPs in 100% of branches and all regulatory records audit-ready. - Collect data on performance, publish MIS, dashboard, calendars, EDMs, etc., in a timely and effective manner in coordination with the Bank Circle Office. - Conduct skill, knowledge, and compliance-based training programs regularly for the entire patch. - Organize and deliver presentations in internal and external seminars. - Develop and manage certification processes, implement evaluation processes online and offline to establish a robust feedback and tracking mechanism on product knowledge and skills of all trainees. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in a related field. - Proven experience in training and development. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Knowledge of e-learning platforms and technology utilization for training purposes. - Certification in training or related field is a plus.,
