Job Description

Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, product availability, and sales volume. Work closely with sales teams and key retail partners to design and execute in-store promotions, merchandising initiatives, and trade campaigns. Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activity to identify new opportunities and refine trade strategies. Manage trade marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation and ROI measurement. Collaborate with the brand marketing team to localize campaigns and messaging for retail environments. Develop sales tools, promotional materials, and planograms to support field sales execution. Track performance metrics (e.g., sell-in/sell-out data, market share, promotion effectiveness) and report on campaign outcomes. Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and third-party agencies. Organize and oversee trade shows, events, and product launches in collaboration with sales and brand teams. Provide training and guidance to the sales team on trade programs and best practices. Guiding the sales teams on trade marketing strategies. On boarding of distributors at our in-house platform.
