Job Description

Demonstrated ability to implement and sustain Lean Production Systems and continuous improvement initiatives such as TPM and Kaizen.

Strong background in quality assurance protocols including managing internal and statutory audits to meet ISO standards and customer requirements.
Experience in driving operational cost optimization programs and introducing innovative manufacturing technologies that improve efficiency and competitiveness.
Proven capability in handling customer complaint resolution processes, developing corrective action plans, and overseeing their successful implementation and monitoring.
Familiarity with key manufacturing and quality management tools such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and occupational health and safety systems.
Skillful in cross-departmental collaboration to foster teamwork, promote a culture of sustainability, and support organizational growth objectives within the farm division.
