Role Overview: As a Manager - Total Rewards at GlobalLogic, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and facilitating alignment between global and local Total Rewards (TR) programs. Your responsibilities will include managing employees benefits and wellness programs, advising on Total Rewards related M&A due diligence, and collaborating with multiple regions on global C&B projects. Your expertise in managing multiple projects with competing priorities and stakeholder management will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate alignment between global and local TR programs - Oversee employees benefits and wellness programs - Manage multiple projects with competing priorities and multiple stakeholders - Advise on Total Rewards related M&A due diligence and post deal integration matters - Work with multiple survey providers and their platforms - Collaborate with multiple regions on global C&B projects - Lead and develop a small team - Utilize strong project management, analytical, organizational, and excel skills - Ensure exceptional attention to detail and the ability to set realistic deadlines and expectations Qualifications Required: - Relevant Experience: 10-15 years - Strong analytical abilities - Good Communication Skills - Interpersonal skills - ability to interact with employees with empathy - Good Understanding of Wage & salary administration activities - Detail Oriented - Strong Ethics and Discretion - Experience in managing salary practices/market movements, especially in the Hi-Tech sector - Knowledge of pension structures and governance, benefit norms in India, Japan & Australia - Familiarity with Job Evaluation principles and benchmarking methodologies Additional Details about GlobalLogic: At GlobalLogic, the culture prioritizes caring, continuous learning, interesting & meaningful work, balance and flexibility, and being a high-trust organization.
