Job Description

Manager Third Party Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

Quality System Compliance:
Ensure 3P sites adhere to brand QA standards, GMP, HACCP, and regulatory norms.
Incoming Material QC:
Verify raw and packaging materials as per specifications, COA checks, and ISO 2859 sampling.
In-Process QA:
Monitor CCP/OPRP, line clearance, process checks, coding, and sealing.
Finished Product QC:
Inspect finished goods for sensory, analytical, and packaging compliance; approve/reject lots.
Hygiene & GMP Monitoring:
Conduct daily GMP audits, hygiene checks, and sanitation verification.
Documentation:
Maintain BMR, QA logs, traceability, and accurate records.
Deviation & CAPA:
Record deviations, perform RCA, implement and track CAPA.
Supplier & Process Improvement:
Drive quality improvements, reduce rejections and wastage.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure FSSAI, LM compliance; support audits and maintain calibration records.
Training:
Conduct hygiene, safety, and CCP monitoring training for workers.
Reporting:
Share daily QA reports and escalate quality risks promptly.

Qualification & Experience:

Education:
B.Sc in Food Technology/Science or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in raw material/packaging material quality assurance.
Work Area:
Third-party manufacturing locations.
