  • Candidate should have min 10-12 years experience in Paints, coatings and Construction chemicals
  • Drive Business growth and developments in given market with active collaboration with supplier and regional team
  • Should be well versed with market mapping and market penetration plan execution
  • Candidate will be responsible for portfolio development and diversification for given segment
  • Candidate should have required skills to manage sales and inventory forecasting, CRM tools like salesforce management
  • Person will be directly responsible for managing customer Satisfaction & supplier relationship management and
  • Candidate expected to practice excellent Cross-Functional Collaboration with other departments
  • Candidate should be expert in AR and Inventory management

Education

: M.Tech/ B.Tech Chemical or Paint BackgroundWork experience : 10-12 years’ experience in water based paints and construction chemicals raw materials sales specifically selling HEC, CMC in Paints and Coatings industry.
