Manager, Technical Projects & CM Search - India

Role Overview: You will be leading Technical Projects related to Capacity Expansions, Green Field, Brown field, NPD, etc. in India. Your responsibilities will include designing, planning, and overseeing the project from inception to commercialization. Projects under your management may involve New Contract Manufacturer On-boarding, Capacity Expansions, Greenfield/Brownfields, and supplier movements. It is crucial for you to design, create, execute, and govern Technical Projects end-to-end to ensure they are completed on time and maintain strong relationships with Manufacturing Partners. Key Responsibilities: - Drive Technical projects through all stages of execution, including identifying potential new Manufacturing Partners, Capacity creations, expansions, NPI, etc. - Understand and adhere to the Herbalife project management process, supporting other Project Management team members as a subject matter expert. - Create and manage project timelines, identify dependencies and critical paths, and establish a project governance mechanism to ensure project delivery. - Collaborate on projects involving Qualifications, Validations, Testing, and provide solutions while effectively communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders. - Facilitate communication between project team members, key stakeholders, and report project updates to Corporate and functional heads. - Maintain constant communication with other Project Management Team Members and regional teams, exhibiting flexibility and creativity to align timelines with project needs. - Regularly disseminate agendas, project timelines, and project notes to stakeholders, executing additional projects as assigned. Additional Details: The Technical Projects team is a new setup with ongoing, pipeline, and proposal & evaluation stage projects, aligning with Business Strategic plans. You will closely collaborate with internal stakeholders from cross-functional teams like GPS, R&D, PMO, QA, Operations, Planning, etc. Your role involves establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders of Manufacturing Partners to optimize project success and drive long-term satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills with the ability to lead across multiple business organizations - Proficiency in MS Office, Agile PPM, and fluent in written communication & English - Demonstrated problem-solving, conflict-resolution skills, and analytical mindset - Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented with solid organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Engineering Graduate/PG in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation with Project Management experience - 12-15 years of experience in a Project Management environment - Preferably from Pharma/Nutraceutical/Food Industry,
