Manager, Technical Projects & CM Search

As the Manager Technical Projects & New CM Search, your role is pivotal in leading technical projects related to Capacity Expansions, Green Field, Brown field, NPD etc. in India. Your responsibilities include designing, planning, and overseeing the commercialization phase of the project. You will be designing, creating, executing, and governing technical projects from end to end, ensuring they are executed on time and fostering strong relationships with Manufacturing Partners. Key Responsibilities: - Drive technical projects through all stages of execution, including identifying potential new manufacturing partners, capacity creations, expansions, and NPI - Understand the Herbalife project management process thoroughly and support other project management team members as a subject matter expert - Create and manage project timelines, identify project dependencies and critical path, and establish a project governance mechanism - Work on projects supporting qualifications, validations, testing, finding gaps, and providing solutions - Facilitate communication between project team members, key stakeholders, and report project updates to corporate and functional heads - Maintain constant communication with other project management team members and teams located in the region - Exhibit flexibility and creativity to fine-tune timelines to project needs - Regularly publish agendas, project timelines, and project notes to stakeholders - Execute other projects as assigned and perform additional duties as assigned What's Special About The Team: - Technical Projects is a new position aligning with business strategic plans to build capacities and identify new manufacturing partners - Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders from cross-functional teams like GPS, R&D, PMO, QA, Operations, Planning - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders of manufacturing partners Qualifications Required: - Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills - Analytical skills and ability to manage multiple complex projects - Proficiency in MS Office, Agile PPM, and fluent in written communication & English - Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills - Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented with solid organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Education & Experience: - Engineering Graduate/PG preferably in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation with Project Management experience - 12-15 years of experience in a Project Management environment, preferably from Pharma/Nutraceutical/Food Industry,
