Key Responsibilities: - Strategically plan and oversee logistics, warehouse, and transportation activities - Direct, optimize, and coordinate the entire order cycle - Possess knowledge of Import/Export procedures - Conduct monthly reviews with Transporter and 3PL - Develop monthly/yearly cost budgets and plans - Proficient in conducting audits such as ISO and EUGMP - Manage Inventory Health and Inventory Management effectively - Provide training and development opportunities to the Logistics Team - Engage in Project Management activities Qualifications Required: - Relevant experience in Supply Chain Management or related field - Strong understanding of logistics operations and processes - Proficiency in Import/Export regulations - Experience in budgeting, planning, and audit processes - Ability to lead and develop a team effectively - Project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities,
