Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager Student Recruitment located in Karnal. The Manager Student Recruitment will be responsible for overseeing the student recruitment process, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, collaborating with educational institutions, and building relationships with potential students. Day-to-day tasks include managing recruitment events, providing personalized guidance to students, maintaining a database of prospective students, and tracking recruitment metrics to ensure targets are met.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and experience in student recruitment
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and potential students
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in tracking recruitment metrics and data management
• Experience in organizing and managing recruitment events
• Ability to provide personalized guidance and support to students throughout the recruitment process
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the education industry is a plus
