Job Description

Responsibilities


(a). Responsible for vision & profitability of a product line.

(b). Work closely with various teams to make business decisions & create product strategies that ensure the company's long term sustainability. In the execution of these strategies product managers work with departments to ensure corporate goals are met on time and on budget while client and market needs are met.

(c) Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable dealers/ franchises, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.

(d)Monitoring dealer sales and marketing activities; implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplishment of revenue and collection targets.

(d) Responsible for Sales & Business Development in West India for SCS (Structured cabling solutions) products which include Passive components, Cat 6, optical fiber, Patch Cords, Patch Panels, and Raiser cables, JFTC etc.

(e) Taking care of large Projects, Consultants, End to end user, EPC Contractors, System Integrators and identify the key stake holders.

(f) Developed End customers and Industrial Customers for domestic & industrial products. Prescribed specifications & features of the products in BoQs / bids etc - Got approval for the brand in prestigious organizations & projects.



(a). Develop and communicate business plans internally for new product proposals.

(b). Understand the markets, technologies, competitors and customers to develop and deliver product release with Engineering that increase customer satisfaction and drive growth & profitability.

(c) Collaborate with the marketing, Engineering & Manufacturing department management to develop and publish the product roadmap.

(d) Provide pricing recommendations for new and existing products.

(e) Work collaboratively with marketing and Engineering, Sales and support to improve customer satisfaction.

(f) Research to maximize user satisfaction and performance.

(g) Regular interaction with sales and customers, often at a technical level.

(h) Sales generation, Enquiry generation, closely work with dealer, distributer & SI’s in both B2B & B2C vertical.
