Manager Strategy & Projects

POSITION PURPOSE:

A dynamic and experienced

Strategy and Project Manager

to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive strategic growth, operational efficiency. This role will be instrumental in aligning business objectives with project execution along with commercial teams.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects across the product lifecycle, from early-stage development to market launch.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Medical, Finance Regulatory, Quality,) and external partners.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
  • Prepare and present project updates, dashboards, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with global & local regulatory standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Bachelor s degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field; advanced degree (MBA) preferred.
  • 5 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical project management or strategic planning.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Strategic Planning and Project Management

    :
    • Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics.
    • Align projects with corporate strategy and regulatory requirements.
    • Develop go-to-market strategies for new products/existing.
  • Leadership & Communication

    :
    • Ability to lead diverse teams and drive collaboration.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving

    :
    • Strategic thinking and decision-making under pressure.
    • Financial acumen for budget control and forecasting.
    • Proficiency in project management tools, (MS Project, MS Office).
    • Project Execution & Oversight

      :
      • Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
      • Use tools like MS Project, MS office, and Excel for tracking and reporting.
    • Risk & Financial Management

      :
      • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
      • Manage project budgets and optimize resource allocation.
    • Stakeholder Communication

      :
      • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
      • Provide regular updates and escalate issues when necessary.
