Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term projections.
Analyze variances between actuals, budgets, and forecasts; provide insights and actionable recommendations.
Develop and maintain financial models, scenario analysis, and business performance dashboards.
Act as a trusted advisor to Business Unit (BU) heads; interpret financial results and influence strategic decisions.
Partner with sales and operations teams on pricing, deal margins, and commercial evaluations.
Support contract renewals, new pricing negotiations, and profitability improvement initiatives.
Take end-to-end ownership of the P&L, monitoring revenue, cost, and margins to drive profitability.
Ensure accurate billing, control unbilled revenue, and compliance with revenue recognition principles.
Monitor currency impact on financials and manage multi-currency operations if applicable.

Must-Have Skills

Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis expertise.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, revenue recognition, and P&L management.
Experience with pricing, deal margins, and commercial evaluations.
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling skills; familiarity with ERP/BI tools.
Excellent business partnering and interpersonal skills.
Strong team management, mentoring, and multi-geo leadership capabilities.
Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous, and complex environments.
Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
