Candidate Profile

Min 12+ years & above expertise in recruitment & experience
in
Executive Search firm, consulting

professional services, or corporate TA leadership roles in Large & Mid and Leadership Hiring, BFSI / NBFC & Banking Sectors.
Proven expertise in manage and engage with
executive search consultants and recruitment agencies
.
headhunting and senior leadership hiring
.
Excellent
stakeholder management and negotiation skills
.
Ability to perform in a
fast-paced, high-performance culture
