Role & responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor Health & Safety management systems in line with OHSAS 18001 standards Lead safety assurance and compliance on Metro and Railway infrastructure projects Conduct regular site safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations Ensure effective communication and enforcement of safety policies and procedures Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety best practices into daily operations Provide training and awareness programs to improve safety culture among workforce Manage statutory health & safety compliance, reporting, and documentation Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure all safety permits and certifications are up-to-date Support incident prevention strategies and emergency response planning Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.Tech - Any Specialization) Minimum 15 years of total experience, including at least 5 years post-qualification in Metro & Railway projects Proven expertise in Health & Safety management on large transport infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001 standards and compliance requirements
