Manager / Sr Manager Process Audit

As a Team Leader within the Internal Audit Department, your role will involve overseeing Branch Audits and leading a team to ensure effective execution of audits. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning and executing audits according to the Internal Audit Plan - Reviewing the work of team members and providing necessary guidance - Preparing comprehensive audit reports for management review - Collaborating with department officials to ensure audit findings are addressed - Monitoring compliance with audit recommendations and tracking progress To succeed in this position, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Strong Team Management and Analytical skills - Proficiency in MS Office applications - Excellent communication and report writing abilities - Qualification in M.com / CA Inter/ Final or a related field - Additional qualifications would be advantageous The ideal candidate will also demonstrate: - Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities - Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration - Previous experience in team management, client interaction, and vendor performance reviews Utilizing Data Analytics in audits and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards are key aspects of this role.
