Manager / Sr Manager Process Audit

You will be responsible for leading a team within the Internal Audit Department, including handling Branch Audits. Your main tasks will involve planning and executing audits as per the Internal Audit Plan, reviewing the work of team members, preparing audit reports, liaising with department officials, and tracking compliance. Additionally, you will be required to prepare Audit Committee papers, ensure adherence to timelines and quality, utilize Data Analytics in audits, and carry out any other assigned audits. To excel in this role, you must possess strong Team Management and Analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent communication and report writing abilities. The ideal candidate should hold a qualification in M.com / CA Inter/ Final or a related field, with additional qualifications being preferred. You should also demonstrate exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, along with effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Previous experience in managing teams or clients, conducting vendor performance reviews, and driving efficiency will be advantageous.,
