Roles & Responsibilities: Candidates should have an experience of 5+ years in managing Collections. Prior experience of handling Co-lending and Direct Assignment pools will be preferred. Good analytical skills. Very Good communication and presentations skills. Candidates having experience of managing Collections Strategy can also be considered. Experience of engaging and presenting Collections performance to co-lending partners. Understanding of CGTMSE / Mudra and FLDG process.
