Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily institute operations including staff coordination, student onboarding, and class scheduling.
  • Handle student admissions, joinings, and fee collections with accuracy and transparency.
  • Oversee employee attendance, performance tracking, and administrative support.
  • Maintain infrastructure, classrooms, and ensure a professional learning environment.
  • Coordinate with trainers and staff to resolve issues and ensure seamless training delivery.
  • Address student queries, feedback, and provide guidance to improve their experience.
  • Maintain records, reports, and ensure compliance with institute policies.
  • Support management in planning new batches, events, and institute growth activities.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with 2–5 years of experience in administration or operations management (preferably in an educational/training setup).
  • Strong organizational and people management skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic accounting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
