Job Description

The Manager of Settlement Operations and Boarding is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely completion of daily and monthly reconciliations for all processing products. In addition, there is a strong emphasis on managing merchant onboarding applications and various administrative support tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training new staff members. - Conducting performance evaluations and providing regular constructive feedback. - Assisting with escalated cases by requesting necessary resources and aiding in resolution. - Training new team members and assisting in workflow creation. - Identifying key issues and collaborating with leadership to design resolution paths. - Acting as the point of escalation for complex cases requiring advanced knowledge. - Owning a case queue of billers, merchant inquiries, and ensuring their prompt resolution. - Conducting daily intake meetings to review and prioritize new biller onboarding and Add-on requests.,
