Manager - Service Sales (New Client Acquisition)

You will be the Manager - Service Sales focusing on New Client Acquisition for eZONE, a leading Security Solutions Company in India. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Generate new leads and acquire clients for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) within the designated region. - Identify prospects, evaluate their position in the industry, and analyze sales options to enhance business opportunities. - Effectively present the company profile and showcase the value additions provided to clients. - Implement a solutions-selling approach to achieve sales commitments and quotas. - Assess competition, strategize sales closure, engage existing clients, and manage key accounts. - Ensure customer satisfaction and provide support during the execution phase. - Follow established sales procedures, update the status of prospects/opportunities/clients in the Internal CRM. - Stay updated with technical knowledge through educational workshops and industry-related activities. - Contribute to team efforts and maintain good relationships with internal departments for improved productivity. - Uphold eZONE's values and culture in external markets. Basic Requirements: - Graduate/Post Graduate with a minimum of 6 years of experience. - Individual contributor with experience in Field Sales, particularly in acquiring MNC and Enterprise Clients, preferably in the IT or Pharma segment. - Understanding of services business, selling AMC contracts, and working with Facility Management companies like JLL, CBRE, C&W would be advantageous.,
