As a Manager - Service Sales (New Client Acquisition) at eZONE, your responsibilities will include: - Generating new leads and acquiring new clients for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) within the designated region. - Identifying prospects, evaluating their position in the industry, and researching sales options to enhance business opportunities. - Effectively presenting the company profile and highlighting the value additions provided to clients. - Focusing on solutions selling and meeting sales commitments and quotas as per set targets. - Analyzing competition and strategizing to close sales successfully. - Engaging with existing clients and managing key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction. - Following set sales procedures, updating the status of prospects/opportunities/clients in the Internal CRM system. - Upgrading technical knowledge through educational workshops, professional publications, and industry-related workshops. - Contributing to team efforts and maintaining cordial relations with internal departments for better productivity. - Representing Ezone values and culture in external markets. Desired Skills: - Excellent presentation and communication skills. - Ability to engage, convince, and maintain client relationships. - Understanding customer needs and effective cold calling. - High energy levels, negotiation skills, prospecting skills, and meeting sales goals. - Creativity, sales planning, independence, and motivation for sales. Basic Requirements: - Graduate/Post Graduate with a minimum of 6 years of experience. - Should be able to work as an Individual Contributor. - Experience in Field Sales, acquiring bigger MNC and Enterprise Clients, preferably from IT Segment, Pharma, etc. - Understanding of services business, selling AMC contracts, and working with Facility Management companies like JLL, CBRE, C&W would be advantageous.,
