Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Ensure Resolution of field issues (Technical and Operational) proactively.
Develop and implement Field support strategies aligned with organisational goals and objectives.
Proactively engage with stakeholders to align strategies and implement feedback.
Coach, guide and lead direct reports to achieve their team and individual and team goals and develop their skills and capabilities.
Manage the engagement, retention and performance of employees within the IP Service function.
Collaboration with overseas stakeholders including our parent company to align global service strategy and activities.
Monitor Product performance (Pre and Post launch) & share feedback to all stakeholders including parent company.
Develop and Implement various Customer Retention Programs to keep business growth as per Mid-erm directions.
