The leading Managed Security Services (Cybersecurity) organization, Tata Communication Limited, has an immediate job opportunity for Service Delivery Specialist (SME) Proxy ZIA, ZPA and ZDX The SME Proxy & Infrastructure Security is an experienced professional who has expertise in managing security solutions around Proxy & other infrastructure security such as UTM, IPS, etc

Technically leads large security project implementations with the support of a Project Manager

Possesses extensive experience in Proxy Implementation and Administration (Zscaler, Netskope, Prisma PA etc.)

Serves as highest escalation point and SME within the team for customer implementation in respective technology vertical Groom the team members with implementation best practices and develop them to become SMEs

Experienced in Cloud Firewall, DLP, CASB deployment Advance firewall features which includes Malware protection.

Derives/reviews detailed Installation, Migration & configuration approach and service rollout for respective technology-based security solutions

Handles Security solution implementation strategically and tactically depending on the customer need

Works effectively under pressure to prioritize project and BAU tasks according to need/criticality.

Quickly grasps the network design, application/infrastructure security concepts, techniques, technologies, and tools

Contributes in developing and maintaining optimal network performance, enforcing security measures and establishing good working relationship with the senior management and clients in order to facilitate a long term technological direction and vision.

Effectively communicates (writing, speaking and presenting) and oversees the adherence of security policy and procedure, as well as handles internal & external escalations through the project implementation

Excellence in technical documentation requirements such as migration plan, High Level & Low Level Design document, etc.,

Has good exposure to process and updated on recent development in security technology landscape

Preferred Certifications:

Certifications from Proxy OEM (Zscaler Delivery Specialist, Netskope and Prisma PA and Blue Coat)

ZIA & ZPA Delivery Specialist, NSK 100, 200 and 300
