As a Technical Support Specialist at Transorze Solutions, you will be responsible for providing technical support for both hardware and software issues. Your duties will include managing the configuration and operation of computer operating systems, monitoring the system daily to address security or usability concerns promptly, creating and verifying backups of data, and responding to and resolving help desk requests from customers and internal team members. You will also be expected to upgrade systems and processes as needed to enhance functionality and resolve security issues, as well as administrate infrastructure including firewalls, databases, and malware protection. Please note that having a two-wheeler is mandatory for this position. This is a full-time job with a day shift schedule. To be considered for this role, candidates are required to have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) along with at least 1 year of total work experience, specifically in system administration.
