Preparing Job Description basis requirement, coordinating with Management for completion of compensation decisions and appointment letters, to Comply with company defined guidelines and processes, scheduling interviews of shortlisted candidates with the respective stakeholders, should be able to handle bulk recruitment, HR Operations, salary negotiation, offer rollout, documentation, good communication, presentation & inter-personal skills, co-ordination skills with project team, excellent command over English Language.
Experience: 10 to 15 Years (Preferred candidates from EPC / Real Estate organizations)
Education Qualification: Any Graduate with PGDBM / MBA - HR
