Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Equipment & Process Maintenance
Lead all maintenance activities across press shops, robotic/manual welding lines, and other critical manufacturing equipment.
Experience in plant maintenance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
TPM implementation and maturity assessment
IoT and digitized maintenance platforms
Press shop & welding equipment (manual/robotic)
Utility systems and facility infrastructure
ESG frameworks, EHS standards, and compliance
Experience with tools such as CMMS, SCADA, PLCs, and predictive analytics platforms.
Utilities & Infrastructure
