We are having job opportunity for one of french based MNC located at Lonikand, Pune Position Name - Dy. Manager Finance COntroller Exp- 5-15 Years Location - Lonikand (Pune) Industry - Manufcturing Qualification - B.Com JD - Role & Responsibilities Material Cost: 1.Detail analysis of BOM on regular basis and its impact on product wise contribution margin 2.In depth analysis of purchase cost for BOM items on regular basis and its impact on product wise contribution margin 3.Detail analysis of forceful consumption, cost centre consumption, scrap, process loss, product wise yield etc 4.Ensure accurate and profitable costing for all products. Continuously analyse cost structures and suggest improvements. 5.Cost Audits and cost controls. 6.Working on shopfloor and having keen interest in hour rate analysis. Conversion cost: 1.Cost centre, Production unit and plant wise capacity utilization 2.Evaluation of offloading / In loading proposals 3.Reduction in fixed cost / Improvement in productivity/ Analysis of rework cost Inventory Management: 1.Category wise inventory levels, Inventory turnover ratios etc. 2.Non-moving inventory of Finished goods, Direct Material and Indirect material 3.Obsolete inventory and its impact on P&L 4.Inventory carrying cost Regards Pratiksha
