Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist the General Manager - IT in developing and implementing IT strategies, policies, and procedures. 2. Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT systems. 3. Provide technical guidance and support to the IT team, ensuring that all IT systems are running efficiently and effectively. 4. Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize IT needs and develop solutions to meet those needs. 5. Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring that all IT expenditures are aligned with business objectives. 6. Ensure that all IT systems are secure, reliable, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations. 7. Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the continued operation of IT systems in the event of a disaster. 8. Manage vendor relationships, ensuring that all IT vendors are providing high-quality services and support. 9. Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, making recommendations for implementation where appropriate. 10. Provide leadership and guidance to the IT team, ensuring that all team members are motivated, trained, and equipped to perform their duties effectively.11. Minimum 10-15 years of experience in IT management, with at least 10 years of experience in a leadership role. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2. ITIL certification or equivalent. 3. Experience with cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. 4. Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and frameworks.
