End-to-end ownership in maximizing In-Stocks with close coordination/alignment with cross-functional teams Co-own the Annual, Monthly, daily Inventory Holding & other input metric plan for BAU and event days Collaborate with different teams for obtaining all planning inputs in time & ensure all plans are aligned/agreed with stakeholders before set timelines Responsible for creating geography/ FC Level In-warding Plan to support the Business targets Develop & implement strong reporting formats which give a 360-degree view of the health of the portfolio Collaborate with cross functional teams (Category, Product, Supply chain) to drive bigger strategic projects and initiatives Influence various teams/stakeholders within the organization to meet goals & project timelines Stay on top of changing trends and strategic priorities through in-depth data analysis to predict customer behavior.
You should have:
•MBA - Preferably with an engineering background (tier-1 colleges) •4+ years experience in Planning/ FC Operations/ Design •Previous experience in retail & e-commerce added advantage •Strong analytical & problem-solving skills •Strong stakeholder & project management skills •Knowledge of BI tools/statistics added advantage •Prior experience in Ecommerce/Grocery/FMCG/Staples business preferred
