Role Overview

The SAP SD Manager will lead initiatives to implement, optimize, and maintain SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) modules. This role involves managing end-to-end SAP SD projects, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules, and aligning solutions with business objectives. The manager will also mentor team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize SAP SD module functionalities, including pricing, order management, billing, shipping, and delivery processes.
Lead SAP SD implementation and integration projects, including full lifecycle upgrades and enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI/CO, PP, etc.) to ensure smooth integration and business process alignment.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.
Develop and implement strategies for system improvements and data integrity.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users.
Monitor and resolve system issues to minimize disruptions.
