Job Description

Establish and manage the
Project Management Office
for large-scale programs or portfolios.
Define and implement
PMO governance structures
, templates, and reporting tools.
Track and report project performance, progress, milestones, risks, and budgets across multiple initiatives.
Collaborate with project managers and delivery leads to ensure adherence to
Deloitte s delivery methodology
and quality standards.
Facilitate
project reviews
, steering committee updates, and client status reporting.
Manage project documentation, change control, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs, and lessons learned.
Own resource forecasting, capacity planning, and budget utilization reporting.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives and provide mentoring to project management staff.
Ensure audit readiness and compliance with contractual, regulatory, and organizational policies.
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across technology, operations, and business units.
