Manager - SAP

As a Project Manager SAP for a large group at our client, a prominent Construction and Engineering company, your primary responsibility will be ensuring the successful on-time and on-budget delivery of a SAP implementation project. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing work plans, managing deadlines, and coordinating project team and subteam activities - Estimating project skill requirements and collaborating with resource deployment managers to identify suitable resources and integrate them into the team - Defining and agreeing on deliverables and milestones - Setting and controlling the project scope - Communicating project status and vision to client management and stakeholders - Overseeing the overall team management, including regular evaluations - Managing project finances - Implementing risk management strategies To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing and implementing SAP solutions for clients across all project lifecycle phases, including at least 5 full lifecycle implementations - Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing teams of 10+ full-time equivalents (FTEs) - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager for new opportunities or add-on projects for existing clients - Expertise in COPA with the ability to guide the MM team through requirements analysis, fit-gap analysis, process options, configuration, and testing - Excellent communication skills and demonstrated implementation capabilities in 2-3 full cycle implementations - Ideally possess qualifications in Finance such as CA, CMA, etc., to identify business process requirements and provide resolutions Please note that the above-mentioned details provide a comprehensive overview of the requirements and responsibilities for the Project Manager SAP position at our client's organization.,
