Job Description

As the Sales Manager at Schneider Electric, your primary responsibility will be to achieve the sales targets set for the year. You will act as the single point of contact representing all Business Units within the organization. Your role will involve promoting Schneider Electric's full range of products to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Panel Builders (PBs), End Users, and Contractors. Additionally, you will be in charge of managing and supporting all sales channels within your designated territory. Collaboration and coordination with all Business Units will be essential to support local initiatives such as prescriptions, service support, and promotions. Your goal will be to increase Schneider Electric's market share and serve as the brand ambassador for the organization. You will be responsible for prescription and business development at OEMs, sales management, and implementing channel strategies as part of the Go-To-Market (GTM) plan. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) with a specialization in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), or Computer Science Engineering (CSE). Additionally, you should have a minimum of 6-10 years of experience in the field of switchgear, automation, and related products. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
