Manager - Sales Operations (Lead Generation - UK/EU)

In this role as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at EXL's Growth Office, you will be instrumental in driving outbound and inbound prospecting efforts to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company's growth strategy. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the sales team, conducting market research, developing messaging, fostering collaboration, and analyzing performance reports. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the sales team to identify target accounts and contacts. - Execute, monitor, and track outbound sales campaigns by line of business and market. - Use a consultative approach to understand prospect needs and communicate the unique value of EXL's offerings. - Qualify inbound leads generated through marketing efforts. - Respond to inbound emails promptly and transition qualified leads to the sales team. - Conduct periodic research to understand prospect priorities. - Create and refine call scripts tailored to specific industries and value propositions. - Foster collaboration across sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams. - Use CRM tools to plan and track activities, update prospect data, and generate performance reports. - Analyze call data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree or equivalent required. - 5 years of experience in Inside sales, Business Development or similar role, preferably in analytics, digital operations, and digital transformation domain. Knowledge & Skills: - Prior experience in Retail, CPG, Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities, Hi-Tech, CME, Travel, and Logistics industry is advantageous. - Strong relationship building skills and effective communication and presentation abilities. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, especially with Sales. - Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement tools (e.g., SalesLoft, Outreach, Groove, etc.), research tools, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.,
