About the Role

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue goals
  
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team
  
• Set clear individual and team sales targets; monitor performance and guide improvements
  
• Inspire, lead, and motivate the team to reach their full potential
  
• Manage and expand the clinics sales pipeline
  
• Identify, qualify, and convert new sales leads
  
• Conduct client presentations, handle objections, and close deals
  
• Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify growth opportunities
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  
• Foster a professional, positive, and productive sales culture within the team
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  
• Minimum

  5 years

  of proven experience in a sales management role at the similar clinics as Kaya , Dermatech , VLCC etc.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing teams
  
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams
