Who we are looking

We are currently seeking an experienced and meticulous Pharmacist to join our team at our Mumbai Branch, Location - Andheri. If you are passionate about providing high-quality pharmaceutical services in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

• Order Processing:

  Efficiently manage the processing of orders, ensuring timely and accurate dispensing of medications.

• Complaint Handling:

  Address customer complaints and queries promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.

• Inventory Management:

  Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, and manage stock replenishment to ensure availability of pharmaceutical products.

• Compliance:

  Ensure all operations adhere to pharmaceutical industry regulations and company compliance standards, including handling prescriptions, patient safety, and documentation.

Key Requirements:

• Experience:

  2-5 years of experience in pharmacy operations; online pharmacy experience is preferred.

• Knowledge:

  Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, drug interactions, and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with pharmacy compliance standards and best practices.

• Licensed Pharmacist:

  Must be a

  Licensed Pharmacist

  with a valid

  state license

  to practice in Mumbai (Mumbai Pharmacy Registration preferred).

Skills:

• Expertise in order processing and inventory management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills to handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
