Job Description

As a Sales Development Manager at Salesforce, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)/ Business Development Representatives (BDRs) towards achieving individual, team, and organizational goals. Here's what you can expect in this role: **Key Responsibilities:** - Recruit, lead, and coach a high-performing team of SDRs or BDRs - Foster a collaborative, supportive, and results-oriented culture through mentoring and hands-on coaching - Drive your team's professional growth by applying best practices to achieve maximum results - Partner with sales managers and account executives to align on goals for pipeline generation - Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders [sales and BDR teams], including marketing and programs team to streamline processes and optimize lead quality - Regularly track and report team and individual results, including lead quantity, quality, and revenue metrics - Establish clear performance targets and empower team members to exceed expectations through effective coaching and creative incentives - Work closely with Marketing to define campaign follow-up strategies and reporting mechanisms - Partner with Account Executives to ensure proper lead follow-up and conversion - Collaborate with Operations to enhance processes and recommend improvements - Cultivate a high-energy, fun work environment where team members feel motivated and excited to contribute every day **Qualifications:** - Sales Experience: 8-10 years of experience in B2B software sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas - Leadership Experience: 2-3 years of managing and coaching sales teams to success - Skills & Competencies: Hands-on experience with lead generation, pipeline building, and key sales metrics in a SaaS organization, strong forecasting skills, excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and ability to establish trusted relationships and influence cross-functional teams At Salesforce, you will have access to world-class training and development programs, career growth opportunities into Sales Management and Senior Leadership roles, and the chance to work in a dynamic, fun, and challenging environment.
